Once you book a space you should be able to find WiFi information on the booking, in the list of facilities. Press the arrow to the right and the wifi-password for your location will appear.

If you are a permanent user, like a tenant, you need to talk with your leader or contact person.

It is the host at the location who is responsible for WiFi and other facilities.
If the wifi is not working, you can find their contact info on the booking or your base view on the app's Home Screen.
