What to do when nothing seems to work and/or the app is not updating any information on entries or spaces

In case nothing seems to work, you can't access a space or the app is not showing you updated information, it might be that something really drastic is needed.

Here are 3 things you can try:

  1. try to restart the app

  2. try logging in and out again of the app

  3. delete the app and reinstall the app

PS: Sometimes the issue might be that you have actively turned off bluetooth or put your phone in flight mode - it happens 🤷‍♀️

If you use android, you also need to have your "Background services" turned on. You will find this setting under "Permissions" in the app.

The solution is to enable it and trying again! 😉
